Freshly weighed and packed frozen

At Josef's Bio, we precisely weigh each goose to determine the exact price. The meat arrives frozen and vacuum-packed. When stored at approximately -18°C, the goose can be kept for up to a year. This keeps the meat fresh until you're ready to prepare it.

Reservation and secure payment

Due to high demand, the organic goose requires reservation. All orders must be paid in advance to ensure a smooth delivery process. We do not accept cash payments upon pickup, but you can easily pick up the goose on-site using common payment methods.
