Boneless steaks cut from the roast beef are rump steaks. It is cut from the rear part of the beef back, is finely marbled and has a slight fat edge. The steak retains its full size even after roasting and develops its own aroma.
As with any butcher, we cannot weigh most products to the gram. When we cut the pieces individually, we orientate ourselves to 100g less than stated in the price in order to minimise additional costs in the final invoice.
The meat is shipped fresh and can be kept for at least 14 days after receipt, in a vacuumed state at approx. 8°C.
