The products are processed by hand and weighed precisely before shipping.
We avoid waste and wastefulness, therefore individual prices result.
The product is shipped frozen (cold pack – no dry ice), – but may arrive thawed/thawed. You should therefore prepare them promptly or store them refrigerated (at 2-7°C) for a short time (maximum 3 days). Re-freezing is only possible if the meat is still frozen at the core when it arrives, otherwise it should be avoided.
