As with any butcher, we cannot weigh most products to the gram. When we cut the pieces individually, we are guided by 100g less than stated in the price in order to minimise additional costs in the final invoice.
The meat is shipped fresh and deep-frozen and can be kept for at least 7-8 days from receipt, in a vacuumed state at approx. 8°C.
